Profile Euroservice (PES) is the European roadside assistance centre. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with roadside breakdowns and technical failures. Our goal is to minimise downtime and get your drivers back on the road as quickly as possible.

We have an extensive network and operate in at least 37 European countries, enabling us to provide fast and reliable roadside assistance. Wherever a vehicle breaks down in Europe, there is always a service point nearby that can resolve the issue and help your vehicle continue its journey as quickly as possible.

Tyre breakdowns
We have a strong European network to support transport operators with all types of tyre-related breakdowns.
- In the Benelux region, vehicles are back on the road on average within 1 hour and 36 minutes after contacting our Antwerp office.
- In the rest of Europe, drivers are back on the road on average within 2 hours and 3 minutes.
Towing
If a vehicle cannot be repaired on-site, we immediately arrange for it to be towed to the nearest suitable repair facility. In the event of accidents, cargo loss, extreme weather conditions or police intervention, Profile Euroservice can also rely on a large network of towing and recovery companies.
Technical services
We support transport companies with technical issues involving trucks, trailers, buses and light commercial vehicles.

Technical support
We have direct access to Schmitz, Krone and Kögel systems. We can identify the correct parts using the chassis number and communicate this directly to the workshop.
We are also affiliated with various spare parts suppliers. If parts are not available in stock, we actively search for alternative solutions. Temporary repairs are carried out whenever possible.
