Since 2011, Profile Euroservice has expanded its services to include technical assistance for commercial vehicles in Europe. Profile Euroservice provides technical breakdown service in the Benelux with its own carefully selected network. Breakdowns outside the Benelux are handled in collaboration with our Europenet partners.
Stranded vehicles
If you have a problem while on the road, Profile Euroservice will immediately spring into action. We will ask for your exact location of the stranded vehicle, which axle is involved, which tyre size and possibly if you have a preference for a specific make of tyre. With our goal to be on site within two hours, one of our more than 7,600 connected tyre specialists will provide assistance on site. Irrespective whether a repair or replacement is required, it will be performed quickly and professionally.

- Location of the stranded truck (municipality, name/number of the road, in which direction, km marker, etc.)
- Telephone number where you can be reached
- Make/model/colour of the vehicle
- Type of combination (semi-trailer, trailer, tractor, railcar, number of axles, etc.)
- Registration number
- Nature of the problem (Tyres, technical, salvage, etc.)
- Number of tyres, nature of the breakdown, size, make and position of tyre(s)
- Rim size, hub centering (without spring ring), bolt centering (with spring ring)
- Name, address and place of your company/employer
